Settings
Settings are used to configure the pathway prediction, and include a list of package/s and a truncation strategy:
- Packages: all available rules within the selected packages are used for pathway prediction.
- Truncation strategy limits the combinatorial explosion in pathway prediction. A truncation strategy can include:
- A relative reasoning model and a probability threshold.
- Basic truncators like e.g. RuleLikelihood, or Maximum Number of Nodes.
Users can use an existing setting or create their own by navigating to the Settings tab while logged in with their username and password.
Available Settings
Legacy Eawag-PPS Setting This setting generates predicted pathways based on the legacy rules available in the original Eawag-PPS. Applying this setting to predictions will apply the biotransformation rules from the Eawag-PPS to the parent molecule, and predict products based on the functional groups present on the parent molecule.
